Centre for Educational in Islamic Finance.
Open to high academic achievers of ANY
discipline to pursue Certified Islamic Finance (CIFP) programme full time in
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The CIFP qualification is a pioneer programme aimed
at grooming young professionals, well versed in Shariah and Fiqh, visionary
and critical thinkers, upwardly mobile and global in outlook. The programme
is supported by the Central Bank of Malaysia and brings together the
knowledge of leading international academic talents and experiences of
prominent industry experts. CIFP holders can aspire to embark on new
promising careers in the rapidly growing islamic financial services industry
across the globe.
Eligibility -
- Open to all nationalities of all religious denominations
- Applicants must a min. of a bachelor's degree from ANY discipline from a
recognized institution of higher learning, achieving at least a Second Class
Upper or its equivalent. Graduates from Islamic disciplines are also
encouraged to apply
- Proficient in English
- Applicants should not be in receipt of any other scholarship awards
The CIFP Bright scholarship will cover the
following: Registration, Tuition, Examination fees and Living allowance. (No
employment bond is attached).

China internships
EU-China Managers exchange & training (METP)
programme
This is a
co-operation project between the European Commission and the
Government of the People's Republic of China, organizing training and
internships for 200 Chinese and European managers respectively in
Europe and China during the coming 4 years. Eligible candidates
from EU member states will be :
-
Managers from small and medium enterprises or nonprofit organization
- Individuals embarking on a career in the China-EU business
European managers will receive 7 months of Chinese language training at the
University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, attend
seminars and workshops on cultural and business issues and undergo a 3 month
internship to gain work experience in the Chinese environment. Training
costs and living allowance will be financed by the programme.
European firms are
invited to apply for one of more Chinese participants to undertake an
internship in their company.
